Our combined Day Spa with Yoga, Pilates or Outdoor Pursuits, is designed to take you out of the gym for a workout in calming and relaxed surroundings before entering the thermal experience and finally indulging in an ESPA treatment of your choice.

In addition to The Spa, Loch Lomond Golf Club provides a wealth of outdoor pursuits from guided walks, mountain biking and running on or around the estate - often described as “one of the most beautiful places on earth”.  Our resident fitness instructors will plan an activity according to your fitness levels and accompany you along the way.

The practice of yoga aims to balance mind and body through a series of physical, breathing and mental exercises. Yoga is an excellent way to de-stress and the benefits are numerous including stretching, toning, improving strength, stamina and correct posture whilst learning how to relax the mind.

The Pilates method, through a series of body conditioning programmes, corrects posture and alignment, restores physical vitality, develops the body uniformly, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.
